I am a doctoral student in the English department at the University of Florida. My work primarily focuses on representations of gender and sexuality in comics and other graphic texts. I am also the coordinator for the Sequentials project, a subsection of the TRACE initiative that publishes scholarship illustrated in the comics medium.
